    @rr ayay emo jud ko g buking boss nga nag lakaw mao bya na pirmi nku buhaton mao pirmi lang last mo abot he he he!Kana lagi emo injury overtraining nah pahulay ra katapat ana ug workout esp sa legs........blik na ug gym unya diet stress au emo tiil tungod sa emo constant training ug sa emo timbang!!!!!

    wala pa ko nag KAI boss nisakit na ni...nagsugod ni kadtong paghuman sa among dry run sa 32k sa citigym...so far mao to pinakataas nako nga dagan after sa 25k sa philsan...ang sakit sa may ankle dapit ug ang pinakasakit sa tikod...magtaki-ang ko kung maglakaw pero inig dagan nako mawala ra madugay pero sakti jud sa first few steps...ang akong barefoot kay sa oval ra man so dili jud kaayo sakit kay rubberized man...nakasuway ra ko tiniil ahat kadto last 2km sa citigym kay murag maglisod na ug lihok akong tiil mao ako gihubo akong sapatos...
