What: ANSAP 3 Days Basic IV therapy training

When: Nov. 30 - Dec 1-2, 2012

Where: Vicente Gullas Memorial Hospital Banilad, Mandaue City

Contact: For registration please visit VGMH Chief nurse office and look for Arvin / Gellah from 09:00Am to 03:00 pm only or call or text 09234029746.

Fee: PHP 2,600.00 inclusive of 3days Lunch, certificates, handbook and training materials
FULL Payment upon reservation.

Slots: 35 slots for outsiders, 25 slots for preceptees/trainees
