Just ran for 02:16 hours.... from IT to JY to waterfront to Pit-os... mapmyrun sez I have 5 as my pacing.... and I only ran 11.62km...
nabantayan nako buh... for the first 3-4KM magsakit ako paa, but after a while makadagan dagan nako ug dugay without pain... I hope mawala najud totally ang sakit...
better yet, magdiet najud ko ani!
pero mejo lisud kay "BER" months na and " 'TIS THE SEASON TO BE CHUBBY, FALALALALA-LALALALA!"
