as documented sir, no inflammatory process is involved in Diabetes sir, bot mellitus and insipidus sir. both is a failure of the pancreas and the kindeys. mellitus is on Insulin producing beta cells of the Islets of Langerhans in the pancreas, while insipidus, is the lack of the Anti-Diuretic Hormone Vasopressin which causes low water retention. still no iflammation is noted on both.

no argument on your glutathione sir. as i myself believe it has good effects on the body. but its kinda OT on this topic though. and may be misleading.
