Needed jud nang Flyover sa mga intersection aron diritso2x na dagan sa mga sakyanan dili naka maghulat ug dugay kaau ... bisan wide pa kaau nang karsada mag traffic jam gyud na inig abot sa intersection that is why naa jud flyover ....

example lang kanang subangdaku to mabolo road gi himong frontyard/backyard sa VIC enterprise.

NO, flyover will ruin the beauty of the city, plus its not a long term solution. if we are keep building flyovers like manila, look at their city, its not getting better. this is a mean time solution but its not gonna help us cause were moving forward.
i'd say Road widening first, then mass transport like BRT and decrease the presence of PUJ's and taxi. promote mass transport cause Cebu is such a small island.
