Bitaw hinumdom ko my first japanese car na L300 diezel, sos segi kaguba unya under warranty pa to sa banilad branch ang nag atiman pagyud sa service "OJT" from technical school. segi ko complained same problem over heating besag gi chk n tune up na. until i sold it and buy new starex 02 series. since then I didnt have major problems except some wear and tear parts. and again bot 2 Kia`s with their new service 24/7 on the road. I tried test them if its true asking for tune up at my very home. they brought thier Laptop and tools.and true enough ist done w/out hassle going to casa. The only thing they charge me is the some parts like spark plugs in whom theyre the one who buy it locally for me hehe! Being a customer i`m pleased. I hope it will continue be so...
*For me, no matter how nice the car can be even if theyre top of the line and yet failed to serve my needs or the parts are not common(expensive) *wont buy it. the second "IMPORTANT" thing in buying, is the after "Sales Service".like samsung "off topic" lang, their product is not the best but boy their service is the best comparing to others.hehe! Peace.
