intended for training na kuno ko pero wala pa sila ka set og mga schedule for training so keep my line
open daw, hangtod karon wala pako receive og txt or call from accenture.......hahayz....naa pakaha ko

Keep positive lang. Apply gani ko ASE sa pioneer "keep your line open" daw ila ingon. Last April pa to ha! Haha Don't wait sa ila reply. Apply lain company kay sayang ang time nga nag wait ka then walay sure.

(Central Mindanao, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Western Visayas)

Responsibilities:
Technical troubleshooting and fault isolation techniques must be utilized to isolate and resolve system and customer issues. Coordination of service testing with all involved providers must be performed until the customer’s service is up and working. Handle incoming calls and tickets in a network operations center environment. Emphasis is on technical troubleshooting, customer satisfaction, timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues and requests.

Requirements:
Network Processing Analyst:
Graduate of a 4-5 year course
IP Networking knowledge is required
At least 1 year work experience in a technical or operations position in a telecommunications or BPO company
