Hukos-Pukos Traffic Violation by LTO 7

I message LTO 7 and gladly they replied me with guidance and instruction to solve this kind of situation.
I went to LTO 7 at the office of Chief Macky Getaruelas. With his help, we found out that the Caraga region was the cause of this problem, but LTO 7 cannot settle/clear the problem alone unless Caraga will send them a go signal clearance to clear my car's record from mistaken identity. Ang maitabang lang sa LTO 7 is to assist to communicate Caraga para ma resolve unsa jud ang problema. Using their LTO system chat, the Chief patiently wait (kay hinay man kaayo ang ilang way of communication) he communicated Caraga infront of me and testify that my car was not involve of such violation because we have all evidence that the car was not traveled outside Cebu and never been involve of such violation. Caraga said they just received the report from a certain cop that he spotted vehicle violated traffic rules but no details of the specific car except the plate number which was the same as my car's plate number. "or basig nasayop lang pud among encoder personel pag inut" as what Caraga said. After a long discussion, some questions and verification, Caraga region gave go signal to LTO 7 for release clearance of my car.
I told the Chief everything about pretty bad discussion with his personnel. He already took action of what happened the other day with me and his personnel. The Chief said, "mao bitaw ako to sila gipangsultian nga dili mag apil2x kung ing-ani nga case kay sensitive kaayo ni". Dapat unta motarong ug sulti ug mo-giude and assist sila ninyo unsay maayong buhaton sa tarong nga paagi, dili kay ipaagi pa dinautan ug mosamot na hinoon ang problema. He ask me kinsay names sa mga tao nga akong nakaatubang when I first came to the office.

I posted this here so that most motorist will aware of this another HUKOS-PUKOS made by LTO personel who can access the record for traffic violation to make money. MOD paki transfer kung sayop ni nga thread diri.

Here is the short story.
I was informed that reg. renewal of my vehicle can't be done due to alleged violation (reckless driving and confiscated plate), Nasiga akong mata. I don't remember that I violated the traffic rules and my plate is still on my car and never been confiscated for any violation. So I went to LTO office this morning to clarify such hukos-pukos allegation. Perti nakong hinuwat for my turn to be called since there is no priority number system (Unsang klaseha ni nga opesina). Nakasulod lang ko kay nereklamo na man ko ngano ang uban gitawag na nga mas ulahi pa man nako niabot sa way klarong pila.
Gipabayad ko para lang verify sa ila record (bayad sa way kusmod). The encoder personnel said that my vehicle plate has a pending violation but he cannot identify the such violation because it was forwarded from LTO Caraga region. I said WHAT?
My vehicle is in Cebu and eversince never been traveled outside Cebu soil. The personnel encoder told me to go to Caraga region to settle this problem. Now I got him! He's giving stupid advice just to make me scared and settle the problem under the table?
I said, I don't wanna settle the problem in Caraga region which I don't even know what traffic violation they are talking about. And why they are telling me that I have such traffic violation and I need to pay for those violation. Ug nangutana pa ang KANAHAN kung unsay akong sakyanan. Toink!
Nahurot akong oras sa among argumento. Now Im going to ask my lawyer how to deal this kind of problem caused by LTO personnel.
For those who will going to renew your vehicle, pagbantay mo sa ing-ani nga panguarta nila. Unsaon nalang kung maglisud kuha ug lawyer.
To LTO 7: Ayaw pagpaka buta, bugol ani mga hukos-pukos gihimo sa imung mga tao. Please take action to this kind of problem inside your office.

The plate number of your vehicle must be starting with "K" boss since sa CARAGA region man na nasayop ug incode sa violation.
