Hi TS
I love the specs you put together, duda nako you really put a lot of thought into it and it is actually a good set already. If gaming imu purpose ani, dili jud ka mag mahay. Let's see daw how we can save you a bit more but get you the same performance.
INTEL CORE I5-3470 - 8,400 - I am aware you selected the 3570 non K processor, however you won't really feel the .2ghz difference between the 2 processors if you are going to be gaming. This saves you about 500 pesos from the price that i found for the non K 3570.
MSI H77MA-G43 - 4,300 - Excellent basic H77 motherboard. You get good features, you can't go wrong with this pick. Good job!
Cougar RS650 - 2,750 - Cougar is a really nice brand for PSUs the fact that you selected an 80 plus certified PSU is good knowledge of the importance of power supplies. However, 650 watts is a little to much for a 7870 system. The new video cards are incredibly power efficient. Maybe a 550watt power supply would help save you a bit. I can recommend the RS550 but if you want to leave some headroom for more HDDs in the future, then by all means keep the 650.
Sapphire HD 7870 OC Edition - 12,500 - I love the choice of Video card bro. Though, I am not sure if you have thought of a brand. If that is the case, I highly recommend the Sapphire HD 7870 OC Edition. I featured it sa akong GPU wars video and it does really well, labi na sa 1080p. Ultimate bang for the buck card jud ni siya!
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 - 1,150 - I am aware you selected the Hyper EVO 212, however I can also recommend the TX3. Though a custom cooler is not neccessary for a rig that would mostly be using stock clocks (No OCing involved for the processor) the stock cooler for the i5 is acutally more than efficient. Pero if medyo concious ka sa temperatures sa imo processor, then the TX3 will do nicely. My brother used to play Diablo 3 using onboard graphics sa i3. Sa stock cooler mu abot jud siya 70 degrees C' which looks scary for me. When I hooked up a TX3, the temperatures went down to 50 Degrees C' and dili jud siya mu abot 60. Which is a good thing kay it helps prolong the life of your CPU. If this is a big concern sa imo, feel free to stick with the after market CPU cooler
Aerocool X One Advanced - 1,950 - A very nice looking gaming case. Though it is not as flashy as the more expensive ones, it definitely has a unique look and ma lingaw jud ka tan-aw sa imo CPU. If mao ni ang design na mka pa gana sa imo, by all means keep it bro

If the case doesn't matter and you want to save about 400 pesos, you can get the Fractal Core 1000 for 1,550.
2x4gb Ripjawz X 1600mhz - 2,000 - Ma consider na jud ni nako as THE STANDARD GAMING RAM of the people hehe. Everyone gets them for a reason. 8gb is more than sufficient for gaming, you can have like multiple applications with this much RAM and wala jud ka problema alt tabing heheh. They perform well and look really sexy at the same time.. Eye candy..
Total - 33050
Wala kay HDD ani bro? Medyo lapas lapas ka sa imo 30k budget but going the extra 3k is definitely worth it. If you want to stick to your 30k budget, you can remove the after market cooling system and also change your video card to a Palit GTX 660 (Non Ti) for around 10,500.
Hope this helps
