First u download tiny umbrella
After install connect iPhone then click save SHSH
You can see which SHSH your iPhone saved.
You only can restore with that iOS.

about unlocking this is not possible at this time.,

jailbreak yes if you have 5.0.1 shsh blobs.,

if wala.,stock to 5.1 or update to ios 6.

to avoid error while restoring.,do not restore using TSS SERVER
