It's because of retrogression but there will be an expected inflation of health care in the year 2020. Why wait? there's lot of countries out there who need foreign nurses. The competition is getting tougher because foreign nurses should take their new exams especially from the Middle East countries. Nowadays, some US state like Texas hire foreign nurses BUT mostly on strict priority dates 2006 and below. NCLEX passers who have their license expired comes with no SSN because the IRS cannot anymore file. Their options includes licensing by endorsement; student visas to Australia/UK/NZ/Canada as well as immigration to pursue nursing career abroad.

bro, I somehow disagree...go to the provincial areas kuwang kaayo ug mga nurses ang mga government hospitals even in private hospitals. Why?

Minimum kaayu dili makabuhi ug pamilya. The reality is mas daku pa sweldo ang mga lifters, janitors compare nila LOL. Mao na some or shall we say MOST nurses mo abroad gyud."

The main problem here lies on the government's alloted budget of health care delivery system. True, somewhat neglected and not on the priority lists as what you've said. Instead, it's very low for the recommendation by WHO to reach at least 5 percent of it's GDP. Nowadays, the health agenda is likely depending more on privatization/commercialization of public hospitals especially in business areas which enables the health care system to fail and mostly for profit purposes. The poor ones can't afford treatment emanating a dramatic increase of mortality/morbidity rates in our country. Even social insurances like PHIC still can't solve the problems due to the high cost of medicines. Their recent partnership for the pharmaceutical companies still limited and the allotment for MOOE, PS, CO, RN Heals program still inadequate. With these contributing factors, nurses tend to go abroad rather than experiencing jeopardy.

jud ka bisag walay sweldo...unya kung walay backer makasud kaha ug government hospital or even
private hospital... ..thats why kasagaran nurse ganahan mo work sa abroad because they are just

Based on my experience, some hospitals nagsige pa accept ug nurse volunteers/trainees.

In accordance sa recent news about 46 nurses giterminate tungod ra sa ni like ug FB status sa volunteer doctor. Kadto sila MAS LUOY, dili pa gyud issuehan ug COE ang hospital ilang gitrabahuan. Meaning to say, special na jud kaayu ning hospitala kay strikto man kaayu nga wala sa ubang world class TERTIARY hospital diri sa Pinas. I find it so unusual and believed to be the first hospital in Phil. history nga niterminate ug nurses just for the status LOL. I want to say nga twice or thrice ang ila jeopardy. I saw the news, one nurse cried and she wants the COE badly bahala giterminate siya.
