worked in emax before and yes they have chat and email support...pero sauna pa to bro...as far as i know voice na ang nabilin sa ila ron..

naa pai chat and emails in emax. pero dili ni sila pirmi muhire ug non voice agents. right now sa eBay AU wa pai bag.o na batch dunno with NACS though. Ang NACS ang murag cge ug hire ug new agents kya lng voice jd mapadung. pero ok ra. dali ra ang promotion sa NACS.

Comcast ang name sa account with chat/email support sa CVG. I'm not sure if naghire pa sila for sales representatives for chat. Then naa sad chat support for troubleshooting cable,internet and phone services.
