Ang Chat sa emax kay special position na xa- it's more like a privilege. Usually tenured agents who have undergone eBay chat training from 2008-2010. To new agents na gusto mu apply, voice gyud mo malabay. This is the sad reality.

worked in emax before and yes they have chat and email support...pero sauna pa to bro...as far as i know voice na ang nabilin sa ila ron..
