skipping meals is one big mistake a person can do. it will only slow down your metabolism. you need fuel to burn fuel. do more aerobic exercises and stay away from too much carb because they turn into sugar and get stored in the body and becomes excess fat, takes time to flush them out too

Agree to most of you guys! exercise and proper diet is the key to have a healthy athletic body...
why not go back to your old lifestyle, find time to exercise, its not necessary that you have to do it everyday, thrice a week is good enough, 20-30 minutes run will do...![]()
