Actually it's a trial and error when it comes to protein powder tolerance.
Some are fine with it some are not.
Depends on the brand and/or the kind of whey.
Maybe you are whey sensitive so you have to use
Pure Whey Isolate.
That is the most expensive form of whey protein.
No sugar, no carbs 100% pure.
Lactose free pa so you wont have gas and FART a lot! hehe!
Try whey gold standard first. It's a high quality product.
If you are okay with it, then you're good to go.
At least you wont be buying the expensive Iso Pure powder.
