I think depende jud na sa imong diet. I was really thin back in school, ni tambok rko pag start nko callcenter. Now I'm working homebased so wla kaayo stress and nag control ko sa akong kaon mao I am back where to where I was before. For me, I don't think mu dako ka balik having the proper diet lng, mao raman jud na ako gi prioritize jud. Once a day nlng ko mag rice, everything else is cereal, oatmeal, biscuits, NEVER jud ko mag junk food.
niwang baya sad ko eversince jud, nidako lang ko after I gave birth and karon struggling to go back sa akong old weight. once a day lang sad ko mag rice and di sad ko mag junk foods, pero hinay man keu akong weight loss. might as well take one of these guro. pm lang ko nimo sis if mag buy nako, wa pa sweldo gud..haha
