i doubt ug makasuhan nila tanan ang mga conections nga transmit/receive man ang p2p labi na torrent. so every node ila gyud iapil sa kiha. ang uban ana nga IP tua sa gawas sa nasud. this is just another waste of taxpayer's money. wa man gani ka undang ang tate sa P2P (ipatan-aw sa NBI ang mga flags sa torrent sites) nga mas strikto sila ug balaud sa copyright infringement.

Epic fail dude, as expected the main retard approved the said provision without lawful scrutiny. Now, this "top senator" apologize to the public and hopefully make some amendments with the bill?
