Hi sir, I've been employed for two years sa isang local company pero nung mag start ako magapply to work abroad na stop ang pagi ibig contributions ko.. I know dapat at least 24 months ang updated contributions prior to applying for loans can I pay for lump sum for the months that I was not able to send contributions? If so itutuloy ko ba un under OFW membership? pwede po ba un? Tingin nyo po ilang months ang processing ng housing loan? kasi sa december pag uwi ko 20 days lang po ang vacation ko bago bumalik ulit ng trabaho.

I came across an article which says that the regular housing loan of pag-ibig fund is lower than the bank's 8-9% interest rate. I believe it is based on the new policies that VP Binay implemented. How true is that?

PAG IBIG has long term loan, if you sum it up mathematically speaking it shows bigger interest compared to banks.
if makabenta gamay should you pay bulk to the principal is a practical way of diminishing the term and indeed same results as banks with a lot lower interest in totality minus the worries of not be able to pay a huge monthly ammortization if sa bank ka mangutang!,...

naa na'y bag-ong scheme ang PAGIBIG karon lang July 2012..by bracket na ila interest and naay lock-in period ila interest...like fixed interest for 3yrs, 5yrs, 10yrs, 20yrs and 30 yrs...mo-pili raka asa imo gusto...

kung sa multi purpose loan imo pasabot, at least 6 months sa imong amortization payment pwde naka maka renew ug loan. pero gamay ra imong ma loan kay kuhaan man sa imong utang ang proceeds.
