Health Secretary Francisco T. Duque III who was reported to have been appointed as the new Civil Service Commission chairman said he is unaffected by critics questioning his new position this soon.

Critics said Duque is not suited to be the CSC chairman since he is a doctor by profession and not a lawyer.

Section 1.
