Bro hope you don't get offended but it is not Incoming Tax Return. It is just income tax return. You must be referring to tax refund.

Tax refund bro based on my experience dili tanan makakuha. Depende man gud na sa gi-withhold nga tax. If sobra ila giwithhold, kana naa dyud sila i-uli ana. Naa man gud companies nga ila iwithhold let's say 10% tax. At the end of the year, ila na icompute balik based na dyud sa unsay sakto nimu nga bracket.

    1) YES, employment income is taxable. Pero usually, gi-withhold na sa mga companies and are deducted from your payroll.

You may or may not need to file income tax noon. If na-withhold of sakto imong tax (thru payroll deduction), filing not needed na. Pero if you think nga you will need the income tax later (like scholarship sa anak, or somethin' ), file lang og nil return - zero tax bah... for the sake of filing.

    2) Kung pila ang imong income tax, depende na imong income. Daku og income, daku og tax!. But as i've said, gi-withhold and remitted ang portion ana by your employer thru payroll deduction aron dili bug-at para sa tax payer.

Sakto na sila, if sobra pagka-withhold, naa kay tax refund. If kulang, naa kay tax payable.

    Hope this helps.
