    for me it is okay to put the name of the public official who made the project possible so that people can distinguish which public official spent his funds on projects basta i-regulate lang like limit the picture, font & billboard size. it is only giving credit to where credit is due and nothing is wrong with that.

    while we know that it is the public official's responsibility to propose and implement projects through government funds but to let's face it, we filipinos are suckers for propaganda and that is how decision-making like elections in the masa-majority Philippines is done since the time of Rizal.

    but please, do away with those acronyms, please lang gyud kay grabe ka baduy!

    wala na nuon ko kita inani sa opon..sa mga tents nlng kana ipa huwam sa barangay naa pay pangan og sa mga advertisements sa mga events sa city dagko kaayo pangan RADAZA sa mga leaflets...dli diay ni BAWAL?

    Any recent Epal seen within Cebu aside from "Type O" posters/signages? Some folks from Luzon are starting to take down posters after the anti-Epal campaign.

    daghan man epal japun. observe sa Mandaue. naay mga multicab diha nga dagko kaayo ang nawong ni Quisumbing unya naka red plate. naa pud sa Lapu-lapu kana dapit sa may Grandmall. naay duha ka signage diha nga dagko, although wala nako ka agi diha recently.

    If ever makaagi ka balik, you could take pictures on those. I'm not sure lang if naa bay anti-epal group cebu chapter diri para ma forwardan nato.
