Update: I just talked to the manager and he confirmed that they deducted the amount from my card. He gave me 2 options, dayonon ba nako kuha ang item or ipabalik lng ang amount sa ako card. I chose the latter. After ko nahasol wa na ko gana mobalik pa sa ila store. I just hope mabalik ang amount at the soonest time possible.
