no such thing such as stress hormone... but there's what we call a happy hormone called SEROTONIN... the loss of serotonin is the result of stress as bought by depression...
It's common among ladies na makuwangan ug serotonin, busa mas daghan ang babaye na emotional... How to get more serotonin? Just your daily dose of SUNSHINE, chocolates (depende kung muangay sa patient, pero ako happy man ko specially kung akong uyab ang mutahag), that deed you do with your boyfriend/girlfriend, hubby/wife or somebody you have erotic fancies with (erm... you know what I mean!), exercise like running/jogging, yoga and anything strenous (Hmmm... Me and my boyfriend, were both runners.... No wonder were happy! hahahah!!!) and dancing and singing pud.....
That's all I know about happy hormones so far.
