im a young 30something guy...very fit...i play soccer and a recreational runner...i can run 5k in around 26mins and 10k in 52mins (best times). i also used to do yoga...but lately i havent been able to run or do yoga because of being busy at work and weekly soccer tournaments...but i still consider myself being very fit.
my question is, what could be the possible reason for getting headaches after practicing BJJ/grappling/wrestling? i noticed i get headache similar to having a hangover after i grapple or roll with someone on the mat. can intense physical exertion cause headaches? maybe a raised blood pressure? but i dont get this feeling when running...even when i become breathless when running or sprinting.
any BJJ players who experienced this? im very new to the sport.
