naa koy kauban didto sa una and we're both laid off last july 31 and he told me yesterday nga mi adto cya para mag pa sign ug clearance para makuha one month after ang 13th month pay then ang guard didto kaila man niya misulti nga...
Naa sweldo daw gahapon pero para ra sa mga present employees didto, and i guess mao nga g balibaran ang mga mu file ug clearance is because nga most of the people nga mag pa sign ug clearance are the ones nga wa pa na bayaran sa sweldo before. tsk tsk tsk tsk....... dmd

Already a month waiting for our salary (+ 430 people), the HR-team has to wait 2 months already ... CEO Willem Geert Lagemaat van Lighthouse IP Group Lighthouse IP Group, mother company of Lighthouse Software Cebu Inc always promised that he will pay, but he never keeps his promise and always changes the payment dates, without informing us up front. Willem Geert Lagemaat made a very bad impression, we worked very hard for Lighthouse IP Group, he should pay, and on time !!

Lighthouse Software Cebu Inc. part of Lighthouse IP Group, CEO Willem Geert Lagemaat from the Netherlands, was summoned by DOLE for a hearing on the 16th of July because of not paying salaries.

It started in june
we all had to work 2 saturdays and 1 double pay (national holiday). we werent paid until july 16
and the july 16 pay was 70% of the july 15 salary

and it gets worse.
we got the 30% of july 15 pay along with 15% of the june 30 pay almost end of july

we did not get the remaining 75% of june30 pay until late july
some did not report to work
some did but they were just talking or roaming around
the problem with Willem Geert Lagemaat, CEO Lighthouse IP Group is, he kept promising; " there will be no delay for the july 30 pay"
He kept giving dates when the salary will be released but nothing ever arrived

Lighthouse Software Cebu hired new people for a new project in August (13 employees) and there are 'recently posted' open vacancies at the Lighthouse IP Group website and in Cebu jobsites although they can't pay over due salaries and the regular employees in Cebu also haven't received their full salary yet, the HR-staff isn't paid for July and August, 2 months without pay.

Update: Ang g promise kay august 30 which is today daw mahatagan ang tanan laid-off employees. nanawag ko sa LH hotline and sad to say nga.. walay sweldo...

No Salary yet, we can start sending text (with a PC for free to 31 653 247 382) to remind him to pay us, we had to wait already way toooo loooong, if we all send 5 TXT a day, we have less chance Willem Geert Lagemaat, CEO Lighthouse IP Group forgets us.

It is dishonest and not fair,he had a nice holiday in the Bahamas Bahamas Pictures and a lot of us and family have a tough time.
