    Our questions before are actually sensible. We are college graduates and we know what we are doing. I sympathize you so I'll be giving you an advice... study well and better luck next time. I know you can do it!

    as i follow your sort of diary explanation maam you sound like your in a beauty pageant, too bad you don't get the crowd for that and again by reversing of what you said "by just looking your post..." is this the manner of a professional? or an attitude of a boastful, sarcastic person..so which one are you maam? if my fellow istoryan's said that your interviewees would just laugh after they hear the answer of the applicant you think those interviewees are showing respect in your company? is this how they thought on how to assess or screen an applicant? or they're just soooo confident about their self? calling yourself as the best management is telling a direct warning to all who are just planning to apply in your company as suicidal..for me I can tell that your experience in HR management is 1-2 years or not so or your not well experience in human resource and one more thing before you interview an applicant think before about what is human resource before starting asking them about their self or where they live and why they apply in your company..

    basin mao ni ang one reason nga namalhin sila ug lapu2x from IT park...kay sa ako nahibaw-an sa usa ka engineer nga nakasabay naku ug smoke break nga nag maintenance sa I3 ata ingon cya mahal kaau ang facilities sa IT park daghan na daw ni-rent diha pero wala mag dugay istrikto ang IT park basta ting bayad na sa rent mao na nga ang uban paliton nalang ang property or ang unit para way problema sa monthly bill sa facilities ug dili na daw kasugakod ang nipalit ibaligya sa lain...basin dili na ka afford ang lighthouse mao nag transfer sila..

After a week, lighthouse Software Cebu Inc. informed us that we can come to the office for an advance of 200 peso (4,5 USD only), instead of a full months salary. 200 peso barely covers the cost for transport to the office, this is ridiculous.     If we don't get our salary Aug 30, we all should txt and mail Willem the CEO until he pays. Even if they really pay Aug 30, it is still dishonest and not fair,he had a nice holiday in the Bahamas Bahamas Pictures and a lot of us and family have a tough time.

    Update: Ang g promise kay august 30 which is today daw mahatagan ang tanan laid-off employees. nanawag ko sa LH hotline and sad to say nga.. walay sweldo...
