as i follow your sort of diary explanation maam you sound like your in a beauty pageant, too bad you don't get the crowd for that and again by reversing of what you said "by just looking your post..." is this the manner of a professional? or an attitude of a boastful, sarcastic person..so which one are you maam? if my fellow istoryan's said that your interviewees would just laugh after they hear the answer of the applicant you think those interviewees are showing respect in your company? is this how they thought on how to assess or screen an applicant? or they're just soooo confident about their self? calling yourself as the best management is telling a direct warning to all who are just planning to apply in your company as suicidal..for me I can tell that your experience in HR management is 1-2 years or not so or your not well experience in human resource and one more thing before you interview an applicant think before about what is human resource before starting asking them about their self or where they live and why they apply in your company..

Late payments are ongoing for a year already and escalated since june 2012.
We hear that other offices face the same problems, no health care paid in China for + 300 employees since years, payment delays for up to months in Vietnam, Thailand, ... but the big bosses fly around in a private jet and go to the most exquisite hotels, such as Cebu Hotels | Shangri-La's Mactan Resort and Spa Cebu
I recommend not to work there, you never now when or if you will receive your money.
Some long term employees start to look for another job, or left already.

If we don't get our salary Aug 30, we all should txt and mail Willem the CEO until he pays. Even if they really pay Aug 30, it is still dishonest and not fair,he had a nice holiday in the Bahamas Bahamas Pictures and a lot of us and family have a tough time.

Update: Ang g promise kay august 30 which is today daw mahatagan ang tanan laid-off employees. nanawag ko sa LH hotline and sad to say nga.. walay sweldo...
