    What are the legal steps in evicting a tenant? I have to evict a hard-headed tenant from my apartment complex.

    kung naa mo written contract mas maau mo ad2 mo barangay before abogado. Gasto kaau kung mag kiha kiha pa. Kung mada ug hangyo, mas maau. Pero gahi man kahag ulo, barangay captain una, then kng dli ma solve ad2 na sa imong abogado kng unsay sunod buhaton.

    dapat bro naa na sa imo contrata with the tenant na you have the right to evict him/her if dili cya mo follow sa rules nimo.

    pero og wala na nimo na butang kay adto nalang mo sa baranggay usa pag husay, basin ma dala pana og husay ninyo then later if mao gihapon kay at least naa na jud kay sakto na grounds for eviction.

    pwede ra pod pa tabang ka ni kuya sa big brother. hehehe

    barangay gyud una bro especially walay contract. para mahusay ninyo.

    Written notice ra kinahanglan ana, then ipa sign & received gyud sa tenant, specify dayun na with in 30 days of set mo ug month end. Wala siya right na mag stay pa diha kung deli na ganahan ang land lord.

    Ingon ani ang buhat sa ako Ungle ay:
    1) Warning on the 1st week -- can be in writing or verbally lang.
    2) Warning on the 2nd week -- can be in writing or verbally lang.
    3) Putol tubig on the 3rd week
    4) Putol kuryente on the 4th week
    5) Ang silingan nga apartment nga mutabang, putlan pod og tubig & kuryente
    6) If mangguba og landlord items in the property, ipa-police dayon!

    Ang default rental, iya na i-consider nga "zero" with open heart. Dili na niya gukuron. Ang importante, is mawala na ang Tenant!
