So crashing your plane and allowing you to drown in the ocean is a test of faith? A test of your survival skills/swimming ability, yes....but faith? I don't think so.

so, why bother praying to save your life when all you needed is pure luck/chance/in this case, survival skills?

That is one expression of faith part. Kanang butanga dili masabtan to those who are spiritually blind!
Ang implication sa imo nga statement is like we have no value at all...everything is random and without purpose. Pero kung buhatan ka ug bati malain ka tungod kay imong gihatagan ug meaning imong existence. Mosupak ta if someone suggests nga palayaton ta ug bridge or tamakan atong katungod.

it's pleading for God's mercy to reveal miracles. the more and intense our prayer is, the more it will be answered. who knows god will use another person or touch his heart nga makatabang sa nagkinahanglan? im not sure if you have any idea about blessings in disguise.

sometimes it just happens. timing ra man, and its not only the good people or individuals man ba, naa man sad mga bad people nga naabtan og bad things case in point is the late osama, look what happened to him after many years on the run,finally he met his tragic ending at the hands of the seals.

Because lahi man tah, Tuo ko Ginoo ikaw di man...So mag ampo jud ko kay nagtuo man ko naay Ginoo pwedi muluwas nko, Ginoo nga gamhanan tag iya sa akong hinulaman nga Kinabuhi.

Ang panguta sa di mutoo ug Ginoo is Why Bother waking Up in the Morning if What you will Face most of your entire Life are Problems? Most of the time in your lifetime Doing things that you dont even want or Agree? Why try to solve a Problem as hard as you can even if you think there's No more solution? Why Hope for a better Future? Where you can just surrender and Sleep endlessly without even waking Up?

Whats the sense or Logic if You will Endure Pain just to achieve Happiness that is Not even Certain? an yet you have another option to just surrender and forget it all?

ts, don't concentrate your thought on bad things happening to good people alone, bec. good also happened to them... same as bad people, bad and good things happened to them also, and why is that, because it is the nature of earthly life, which is under universal law of duality, good-bad, happy-sad, opposites to make a balance.

as birds need two wings to fly, we need these opposites so that we can also fly... meaning, once we learn from these opposites (from experiences for example), we can see the whole picture, and not just a portion of it, we will become the observer and not a part of the picture

why do good when bad things will still happen? we need to be good to earn good karma so that we will be given chance/wisdom/Grace by God to know these opposites and become observer and not part of them.

ignorance of the law excuses know one... we don't know/believe in this universal law of duality, but still, we are not excuse from it... just like all other universal laws on this universe
