.that brings up another question, does CAAP have a competent personnel to handle air crash investigations like NTSB sa US? can we expect a complete and thorough analysis what happened? we have lots of air accidents before many of which sa PAF pero look, grounded lang for a few days pending 'investigation"...after a week or two naana dayon report...wow!!ha dali-a ka imbestigar wui gi unsa kaha na nila..hehe

smaller planes are not required to have a black box nor it is installed by default... however large planes are required... military planes are exempted unless necessary...

^^ang storya is, after sa plane crush, Usec Puno together with 2 police officers went to the office of Sec Robredo sa DILG, pero wala sila pasudla, mao nang ni-adto sila sa condo, ug wala gihapon pasudla sa maid after calling Robredo's wife. After that, ni-adto na sad silag laing office (kalimot ko unsa to) ug wala gihapon sila pasudla..

obvious na kaayo ni si Puno nga naay gitaguan... ang ingon sa story is that Puno was subject to investigation done by Robredo.. meaning, possible ang conspiracy theory sa pagka-matay sa latter, diba?

Chand is not a Student Pilot since he log in more the 200 flying hours already he is a Commercial Pilot&competent enough to fly the Piper Seneca even if it's true that he has not achieve flight ratings on that type of plane I'm sure also it's not his 1st time doing so besides if he was Flying the Plane&Capt.Bahenting was just observing him in case of an emergency he can take command anytime it's very irresonsible for Lucero to speculate at this time since CAAP investigation has not even begun lets just wait for the official result!They better shut up as not to muddle the issue.................
