The Main issue here is about some few people who will challenge the established Law and force them to Change because they just want to do what they want to do - And the biggest problem with that is after same s*ex marriage will be legalize, WHAT will stop them to challenge the LAW again for some things they want? abortion? Mercy Killing?

They are given equal RIGHTS as a Man and a WOMAN - which they were originally BORN in the First place. You can Look around and you can see that they are Given ALL THE RIGHTS same as you and ME.

You are missing the point, there doesn't have to be any clear winners nor losers in this discussion. The very reason why users continue to post on this thread is in the hopes that their words won't fade into the void but burn into the hearts of their readers. To educate them, or even inspire them that others have the same mindset as they have. Or even validate their convictions.

I believe the word "gay marriage" caused the confusion. The traditional family would like to be heard and respected that the definition of marriage MUST remain as is. The LGBT community demand the definition to accommodate them. Now to make thing mutual and in agreement, can we use another term to mean "the state of being united to a person of the SAME *** in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law" and "special contract of permanent union between a man and a man/a woman and a woman entered into in accordance with law for the establishment of conjugal life". Say "gay union".

RESPECT must be mutual... if LGBT want their union to be respected by the traditional family they must use a different language other than the language already established for the traditional family.

No disputing there. Same-s3x marriage is definitely "immoral" in the context of christian morals.

I really doubt that is the intention of homosexuals. This is a common misconception by most people. Gays aren't trying to dictate the established laws of christianity. Sure, there are a select few homosexual idiots out there pushing to change the laws of the church. In that light, I sympathize with christians who are against same-s3x church marriages.

Getting married before the law, however, is a different story.


Anyway, just in case anyone has forgotten:

1. Civil marriage, in the absence of Holy Matrimony, is considered "void" by the church (be it straight or, if legislated, gay).
2. No one's trying to put the church into a stranglehold so that they will accept civil marriage as "ordained by God". You actually have to go through the process of Holy Matrimony to do that.
3. Gay marriage is entirely a civil marriage issue.
