Sorry, it's not really my question per se. i was looking at the thread in the family section and she was confused if she has a right to her live-in partner's money and all. and someone made a comment na common law relationship is not recognized daw. bang! wrong answer. and it's not just that one thread. there are a lot more
what i'm saying is that, i wish people would leave it to the experts nlng.

Actually, I wasn't sure about the answer at first. But I checked with my bf who's a law grad if tinuod bah. so mao to dayon, na realize ko hala ui, nagpataka raman reply sa girl. aw, mao bitaw point ko.. na u do not need to be a lawyer. you just need to have a background so you can reply correctly. or if people do not really know, at least pod, put a disclaimer diba?

others wala gyud knowledge pero nabasahan na nila somewhere or nakit-an ba ron sa tv. depende nana sa ts if iya nang tuohan or dili. bisan pa ug sayop,ma-verify mana thru google if sakto or di. at least nihatag ug idea. naa nay daghang topic ang ts to research.
