Fresh confidence is the key ^^

Of course, naa juy edge ang naai experience.. and definitely fresh grads can still compete with that.
Basta dress up lang, be confident and spontaneous during interviews.
In that way, HR recruitment won't know if newbie ba ka or experienced na.
#they're really good in screening employees.

If wala ka nadawat on your first-second-third or how many tries, don't despair ky BPO companies are mushrooming all over.

i dont think nga sa fluent english ra sad na kay naa man koy amiga maayo man mo English pero wa pasar kay gi-record ang voice pang President kuno dili pang call center.....

hello there, im a high shool graduate wanted to get a training for a call center agent, anyone knows where her in cebu? di pa sad kaau ko hanas mo english. but maka sabot man ko. Ganahan lang ko mo join ug training. any one can suggest where should i go for training?

Hi bhabymhae! your enthusiasm for learning is definitely a great value, it's good to know that you'd like to prepare yourself. However, call centers require @ least two years of college education. They don't hire HS grads

Naa man guro free training sa Call Center Academy diha Mango Ave, inquire lang unsai qualifications. Before ky pwede man toh HS graduate. Bt now murag pre-req jd nila at least 2nd year college or depende sa units u took up. ^^

again....what is a primary requirement for being a call center agent? English communication skills. Understandable na fresh grad di pa fluent sa english. Not all fresh grads dili fluent, naa daghan fresh grads na fluent ug ok ra accent. again...no experience needed, do you need to be experienced to speak good english? They were not lying when they said no experience needed, they will hire you even without experience as long as you meet the required standards (communication skills). Instead mag cge bitter, read lots of english books, watch movies para naa kay idea how it goes
