@salbahis - the RPGs terrorist are using right now aren't those crude and innacurate things you see on tv. The Russians are constantly making improvements and selling, those things can take down a modern jet provided the person weilding it is well trained and the Jet pilot is Stupid for flying low (Hello Syria). Now how would they do on cheap low grade metal on boats, i doubt those alloy are like those used on US or Chinese navay grade armor.

still the accuracy is in question most of the armor hit during 2000 kay either stationary or bugged down and fired at closer range... imagine shooting over a water craft on open sea... unsa ang shooter ana naay builtin gyrostabilize system... again i stressed lethallity no question but for accuracy i doubt, it is similar to panzerfaust... hitting a moving target while the shooter is shooting over a moving object also on a shoulder fired weapon with back blast... has very small change hitting a target on that condition

doesnt take a genius to figure on that condition that its very hard to do it, if its on land fired on armor or softskin vehicle kana motuo pako but over a boat... good luck!!

mostly sa RPG gamit nila is still locally built, motuo pa siguro ko naay H&K G1, Belgian FN Fal and AK47 gidonate si gadaffi sauna...

thats 5 x 250hp engine... that boat is already used by navy.. pareha ragud sa mga drug smugglers sa US nga maskusog pa mangan kay sa coast guard... isa pud MPAC is better armed that those...

42 total ang plan, 5-6 units per year....

i havent visited the other side of the fence yet ill try to sniff some info see if DND had posted bidding for more of this... but the more the merrier.... im still curious thou if MPAC will also be riverine craft since it uses water jet propulsion its possible, CB90 operate in small waterways in sweeden, if ever they have this operate on either Agusan or Liguasan Marsh, hopefully they can add more armor that can stand .50 cal, this marshes is the hotbed of MILF seccesion...

they dont need to if the raining lead are from .50 cal and 7.62 reached them the better... a good terrorist is a dead terrorist... beside the survivability of MPAC is much higher compared to the one used by terrorist and smugglers... this is where intelligence should come in, good intelligence means no need to chase them we just interdict them or we could rain some led on them...

and also fuel price is rising this days... i think its more economically practicall to just rain some led on this mofo....
