@salbahis - the RPGs terrorist are using right now aren't those crude and innacurate things you see on tv. The Russians are constantly making improvements and selling, those things can take down a modern jet provided the person weilding it is well trained and the Jet pilot is Stupid for flying low (Hello Syria). Now how would they do on cheap low grade metal on boats, i doubt those alloy are like those used on US or Chinese navay grade armor.

the RPG i know is not from TV but from mindanao used by MILF and MNLF... the rpg you know nga gamit sa mindanao are locally made and some are old russian rpg nga gi palusot sa mindanao...

unless the one i see when im at lanao couple months ago and the one told as story by a marine is fake... then i could be wrong, however the current might be accurate, but mostly the one used by MI/MN/BIFF/ASG are locally made...

Those are smuggled Chinese/Russian version, those things are accurate and powerfull. It comes down to the weilder of the weapon, untrained terrorist will miss 50% of the time. Put the thing on a crack soldier and you can sink a damn patrol boat.

seriously? 50%? a soldier i know who fight during 2000 RPG mainly used in mindanao is as good as shooting in a very close range.... most of the armor hit by RPG during lanao campaign was hit very close...

and you even forgot that shooting a shoulder fired weapon on an rough seas.... good luck with... even if you say expert pa yan... a weapon with back blast fired on a smaller craft... wow... good luck!!
