Not necessarily. I have staffs who the opposite. What's more important is the character and attitude.

Diri sa akoa, if naa problems sa unit, ari man sila mo-reklamo sa frontliners.
Nya ang frontliners na ang mo-relay adto sa operations & housekeeping.

i couldnt agree with you more. my passion drives me everyday to work as hard and dedicated. if you dont have this i dont think you will be able to survive in this industry.
