LOL, what a BPO company!
    I am sorry if your experience didn't went well John. Yes, it's a non-voice account. However, they need to assess you basing on how you talk. They examine your communication skills as to how you construct your sentences, if there are grammar lapses, weather your spontaneous or not and most of all if you were being "Perky", as what the client demands. As per wiki "Communication is the exchange of thoughts, messages, or information, as by speech, visuals, signals, writing, or behavior.".

    There were two applicant who are really persistent on wanting to get hired. They did their best on the interview sadly, they didn't make it through the next level but both got indorsed for ASPIRE training. After weeks of communication training, one of them made it to the Gaming Account that he wished for but too bad for the other one, he still needs more training to be endorsed for an available account. I must say, it really depends on your interview on who you interact/communicate with them.

    As for nursing applicants. I agree HR's will have their second thoughts on them, Why? Because nursing students tends not to last with the company as they will be out soon enough to pursue what they have started but it would vary on their reason as to why they want to be a part of the company. I have friends who are nursing graduates and even higher positions in the company that took up medical courses. Then again, it depends on how you communicate with your interviewer.

    I am not defending the company but I am just stating the facts that have been misunderstood. I am just here to support individuals who are looking for a career. Thank you for your interest.

    hmmm.. possibly mao ang mgakita sa HR na fit ka for Health Care account.. ni ingon man kaha ka na for gaming ka ato before July 27th, bec. that was the last hiring process for the gamers.

    you do know nga as chat support, you are expected to be as fluent as your voice counterparts in case i-cross-skill mo right? if you don't, then now you know.
    recruiters know what they're looking for in a profile, ikaw lang gyud ang ihas ug ignorante. now shut up and stop rationalizing nga d ka ganahan didto.. nangapply bya ka pag-una, diba?
