True Happiness is an inside job... it comes from living our lives to the fullest moment to moment... it is realized by enjoying all the little things we often overlook through either living in the past or in the future.. happiness is right now, this second, this moment... it is what we are... at time we tend at wasting our life living in past happiness (was it just a few pleasant memories?) or planning for it based on the occurrence of some future event or relationship.

we are the only one who can make us happy... nothing or nobody else can...
