A bond between 2 individuals regardless of Religion or beliefs and it is sanctioned by the "STATE". LET me make this clear,
we are not saying we need to get married in church. We can get married anywhere else. We are also
not forcing Priests to marry us, we can have a Judge do that.
Having said that, tell me again how getting a marriage license acknowledged by the state tramples upon the church's beliefs?
