Sa akong panabot the 30 day deadline, di man cguro na nga dunganon nimo tanan ug papahawa. You have to do it in a very controlled manner. Capitol people have brains as well. Most likely katong mga wala gyud pa kabayad bisag usa ka dako, maoy unahon. First... I would admit to the public that, yes, Tomas was right in his suspicions that the heart of the matter of this land swap deal is my interest to have the province own a portion of SRP. Forget about that "hurt" feelings as reported by the media. I was never hurt. I'm a politician. I changed my mind because the idea of owning some portions of SRP is too hard to ignore. I realized it's market potential 10 years from now. Repeat 10 years from now.

If you GO to Barangay LUZ during HOLY WEEK you will see there are few people there.... because THEY ALL GO BACK to their HOMETOWN, Barangay Luz is a BOARDING HOUSE where you can rent a room at a cheap price within the CITY...... If there is a LONG HOLIDAY they GO HOME.. and That will be the BIGGEST HEADACHE of GWEN GARCIA......

On the CONTRARY you TELL GWEN GARCIA..... The PEOPLE living in Barangay LUZ have RELATIVES in the Municipalities of CEBU.... and THEY can INFLUENCE their RELATIVES and tell their relatives who is DISRUPTING their LIVES...
