nope, its the other way around. dili na makuha ang pulmonary embolism sa "matinding pagbagsak sa kalsada". its like na clogged imong arteries sa lungs so wala na kay oxygen maadto sa imong vital organs leading to a cardiopulmonary arrest . its like nalumos ka and dili ka kaginhawa mao to medyo nalipong, then natumba. its an existing medical condition gyud.

true! the clot had probably in one of the arteries in his body already and wala lang na detect. because of the strain during training and on the event itself, didto na siya ni travel towards the lungs. this is some very sad news. RIP Mr Igana and condolence to the bereaved family. let's not point fingers anymore on the organizers or the government for potholes in the SRP. besides, before the race, everything would have been ironed out by the organizers. it's a big event and it took them a long time to prepare, it's not fair to blame it on others, too. it was unfortunately, Mr Igana's time. im sure for what it's worth, he had lived a life that would have pleased him
