Or mao na giingon nga gusto mo healthy mo or, putting it more bluntly, di mo gusto mamatay sayo, and yet, mag tuman gihapon sa gusto laag2x or inom2x though its also one way to unwind and combat stress.
Get another day 8-5 job otherwise if wa na gyud ka lain trabaho ma sudlan.
And don't take that "work hard, party harder" (and no more time rest) slogan kay mura raka ga patay sa imong kaugalingon ana

workout + eat.

1. Most Important -> get at least 6 hours of sleep everyday kung ganahan ka dili ka mag masakit og dali. 6 hours ang minimum natong mga adults
Too little sleep may cause:
Memory problems
Depression
A weakening of your immune system, increasing your chance of becoming sick
Increase in perception of pain
2. Eat Healthy and Drink lots of water throughout the day.
- Avoid drinking softdrinks. Effects of soft drinks
- Kung di ka ganahan mudako imu tiyan or mutambok, Eat healthy foods.
3. Pag exercise like jogging. Pampawala sa stress
4. Vitamins ug supplements pud guro
1 year nako nag work 8pm to 5am Mon-Friday. And base sa ako experience, dili maayo nga imu usbon ang imu sleep hours inig day off nimo (sat-sunday). Kay Ma stress og samot imu lawas, imagine sige lang adjust imu body every friday, and, ig monday adjust napud.. Not good...
Para nako mao na ang kinahanglan, para healthy japon. So far sa 1 year nako nga 8pm to 5am trabaho. wala may problema ako lawas. wa pud ko nagkasakit.. (except anang sip-on or ubo , naa man jud na kung ting season na)
