    Brad, okoy ask lang unta ko kung kahibalo ba ka kung asa na ang stable karon sa Yawyan Temple? Last nako update kay naa man daw sa Ramoz pero murag wala naman didto pud. Thanks daan.

    why aren't we teaching young Filipino kids arnis? Did anyone even watch the World Championships at the CICC?

    Im kinda bored and I wanna learn arnis! So, tell me... any do's and don't and something I gotta know about arnis?

    Arnis has three methods or styles:

    1. Single Olisi
    2. Double Olisi
    3. Single and wooden knife or Punta eh Daga.

    In Doce Pares, Lapunti, etc. they all apply to the above-mentioned styles. While some schools only teach single olisi example is Balintawak.

    Bro, naka training ko ug Balintawak Arnis before, under YMCA Okinawa Shorin Ryu... apil man pod sa among training ang double olisi, although mas emphasize ang single stick attack ug defense.

    Kana hinuon stick with dagger, alien ko ana.
