    thanks.

ako g compute 290 na max wattage. wa pa labot ani sa PSU. ug sa optical drive nako nga asus 24b3st. ug wa pa ntawn akong mga ram nga 16g total.

mushut-down ra kung kulang, i use 300w apc, on an overclocked i5 3570k @ stock voltage, 7850 oc. i only overloaded the ups once when i set the voltage to auto, when i set it manually to stock voltages, no prob.

my 3570k (stock) and no video card only hovers around 60 watts and around 120watts at full load. now let's add 100watts for your 7850 and then another 50watts for all others... that is still less than 300watts...

im using Omni digital power reader by the way... for your monitor, estimate nako ana around 20watts... may samsung P2250 is rated 40watts but i lowered down brightness to 30% and it only consumes 20watts... since yours is LED, it should only consume around 20watts as well...

given that, i think you're safe with 600VA or 650VA for a little more allowance...
thanks for the idea bro. how about ang mga ram,PSU, ug cpu cooler, mobo bro? gamay nalang diay na clag power consumption?

ako g compute akoa tanan "without" PSU, CPU cooler (coolermaster v6gt) ug ram, ug optical drive...... mga 290watts na...

Just to give you an idea sa akong APC UPS (APC BACK-UPS CS 650VA):

it gives me 9-10 mins Standby time:

Idle: around 240 watts (Using APC Powerchute Software)
Load: around 330 - 350 watts (Using APC Powerchute Software)

    ang mga naka connect kay:
    1 x Quad Core CPU
    1 x 24" Monitor
    4 x 2gb Mem
    1 x 6870 GPU
    2 x 120mm fans
    1 x 80mm fan
    1 x 90mm fan
    1 x Fan Controller
    1 x Blu-Ray Drive
    2 x 2 TB HDD
    1 x 650 Watts PSU
    1 x Bose Speaker System

    UPS

    1 W = 1 V x 1A x PF

    PF= Power factor

    1kVA UPS = 1000VA x PF

PF = 0.7 common UPS PF

so result is 700Watts iya kaya

sa imo PSU 750 watts you need at least 1071VA

pero sa APC website ila 1100VA is capable load handling is 600 watts .5 PF, seguro mangita kag 1500VA nga UPS para lang masatisfy imo PSU optimal load puhon kung naa kay idugang nga peripheral bling bling...
