How could you not believe that we came from a single sperm? Science can explain that, it hasn't broken the laws of nature and is a product of evolution... and it is an evidence of evolution...

Yes you believe because you've seen it! but let's try it the reverse.
How about if god will give you foreknowledge of the future and his coming judgment and in proportion to that he will also take away all your present knowledge and your origins. Now basing on your freewill and morality, which one sounds more impossible? Heaven and Hell or the single drop of sperm?

We believe in evolution but not the same concept as waht you believed.

if the bible is outdated..why is it that most of our civil laws are taken from it..
do not kill, do not steal..blah blah blah...morality...and all that jazz...they're all in the bible..
and patience? patience is very essential in any scientific expedition.patience is taught in the bible..
about how to work hard, not to be greedy..
and how we sacrifice for our loved ones? it is the very core of the bible, God's sacrifice to save the soul of those who believed.
and teachings about pride and humility are also in the bible..teachings about love for money is the root of all evil...
doesnt that apply to us even at preset times? isn't the love for money is the cause of our dying economy?corruption?
and again, not to mention the already fulfilled prophicies and one's yet to be fulfilled..
religion is fixed? yep...'cause most of it follow some sort of doctrines...but religion's basis?the bible(Christian faith)?

abisuve "religious people" and generous aetheists should never be used as basis
if God existed or not...'cause they are just 2 people with each have a brain and motives..
yes they both represent whatever they believed in..but to live their lives
is up to them
there are good and bad Christians as much as good and bad aetheists..
but the question is? where did both beliefs's morality came from?
it came from the book we like to call "unreliable" yet our daily lives are reflections of its teachings.

we don't have to try to become important in any society. people around you will make you important, not you yourself can declare that. the meaning of my existence is for the people and things around me. what else should I care?

somehow i agree with you bai, but sometimes we feel,people, things around us are not enough...
and the quantity doesn count...take money for example..you would always want something more..
tke success as another example, if there's room to be more successful, you would always be wanting to be more successful..
and until a person would find that mysterious satisfaction that we often times unconsiously seek..we will be restless.

greed,and lust for power has the same goal with the continous searching for God...
and that goal bai is to be satisfied...we would always look for satisfaction and happiness, we sometimes look for them in
power,fortune,fame,wealth but never with God.'cause thinking that God has no part in the physical world..or we may have tried seeking it with God, but failed or discouraged 'cause of the people who would call themselves religious..however that certainly doesn't mean that we have to stop.

there's this imaginary hole in our hearts where we try to fit in goal,ambitions,money,and a whole lot of other things...
when God is theonly would fit in that whole..

for me bai, the very reason why we continue to dream big 'cause we're meant for something big...
and the reason why would never get to finish the race is because we often start at wrong beginnings...
it's actually in the bible: we use to sing that in church most of the time...seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you...
people turned greedy...but it all started with a dream...which is suppose to be good...but without guidance of morality and love...
the ending would be something otherwise, thats where greed,lust comes in..
and as ive posted earlier..if we are to consider the bible out dated..why is almost all our civil laws refarding morality and peace are based on the bible...all the good stuff and qualities that we would acknowledge in a person is being taught in the bible...

but the mystery of it all is that despite of seing the depths of our hearts, God loved us the same.
