There are no such thing as "accidents". I can't explain it but that is what I believe.

There are no accidents. We only use the word when we consider ourselves not in control or did not grasp the cause and/or did not prevent the unwanted event. The world is perpect, it is us who sometimes think the other way and view things differently and act in accordance to our different view of what should be perfect.

Yes, unwanted events specially with the vehicles we use everyday can be avoided when we are responsible enough to avoid such events. There is only human error when we are able to identify such occurrence of the considered error. We always look for someone or something to blame at the end of any unwanted events, that is how we are trained but we can be better when we become responsible avoiding such unwanted events to occur.

Common cause of vehicular unwanted events is over speeding, making one no longer in control of the vehicle when the unexpected will cross his path. Traffic rules and guidelines are there for us motorists to observe to avoid unwanted events that will cause injury, death or damage to property. Should anyone ignore such accepted rules and guidelines, the risk for the unwanted events to occur will become higher.

By current transportation vehicle design, we are at high risk already to fall into several unwanted events, the more risks we are subjecting ourselves when we simply ignore the guidelines or rules to observe. A two wheel motor bike will put someone into a higher risk than someone in a fourwheel car even when both of the vehicles is not in motion. It is the limited circumstances that we put ourselves into that we have such vehicle designs for transportation today.

You get me wrong bro, im not implying to eliminate human error on it's entirety. What im implying here is that accidents may have been prevented if we humans must accept responsibility for our actions. however, im implying also that accidents are unavoidable, but it does not mean it's not preventable.

Well, force madjeure is not man made, but i don't consider it as accident. can you set an example of a vehicular accident not caused by human error?

1. Naaksidenti kay nitabok ang iro, kun walay iro mag suroy2x wala disgrasya na gitabukan ug iro.
2. Naaksidenti tungod sa libaongon nga dalan. Kun walay libaong walay maaksidenti sa libaongon nga dalan.
