"Growing up Joseph had an open ear for music, listening to all types of genres from hip-hop to rock. He never really realized he could sing,besides in the shower, until he turned 15 when picked up his first acoustic guitar playing covers like Maroon 5's "Sunday Morning" and Dashboard's "Vindicated". Joseph's musical influences are Jack Johnson, Colbie Caillat, and Jason Mraz to name a few. Jack Johnson's inspiration of simplicity encouraged Joseph's desire to start writing his own music. One year later after picking up that acoustic guitar, knowing only a couple of chords, he wrote his first 2 songs, "On My mind" and "Here for You". Ever since then he's been writing many songs and performing where ever & whenever he can. "
