To all people who hasn't donated yet, don't be scared with the needle ui, it doesnt hurt bisan daku ang dagum.... Just make sure na di mo bilar kung magdonate mo kay maabtan mog isa ka oras... It's really fulfilling to donate blood and its really nice to know that you've saved somebody's life...

Another perks of blood donation aside from the health benefits? If makaabot kag 10 donations sa imung red cross card, u get to have a certificate and reward and if ever ikaw ang in need of blood, you have the perks of getting the blood you need faster than the other patients.....
