    Default Question about resigning from one's company.


    Question lang:

    naa koy kaila nga nag.tender sa iyang resignation last may 15 pa. ni.state xa didto sa iyang resignation letter nga it will take effect in 30 days, so bale naa jud xa didto 30 day notification. pero g.ingnan man nuon xa sa nag.powertripping nga OM (operations manager) nga sa end of july dapat iyang last day ky maglisod daw cla ug pangita ug ikapuli (team lead d.i akng kaila). Nya akong kaila has gotten a better offer than what the current workplace is currently offering and iyang startdate sa pikas kay July 7. Ang akong pangutana lang, nka.tender na gud ug 30 days na trabaho akong kaila before mo.take effect iyang resignation, maka.buot d.i ang operations manager kung kanus.a jud dapat iyang last day of work? Dili ba ni unfair pud ky ang naa gud sa iyang contract bahin sa resignations kay dapat mo.hatag ug notice 30 days before motake effect ang iyang resignation, which was complied.

    Hanyo lang man pud na gibuhat sa OM. In the end, it's still the decision of resigning which mas overrule. By the way, lapas July 7 naman. aha man xa ron? nana sa pikas? well, kung naa pa xa sa iyang g.submita'g resignation ltr nga company and oo naxa nga til end of july xa. compliance nlng guru. para nay tarong nga exit and good ethics nlng din. hangyo na lang sa pikas company nga delay iya start date.

    dli man pud hangyo ang g.buhat daw sa OM. order jud. mao lgeh ang nka.ahak.

    tua na xa sa pikas. by "pikas", nag.homebased na xa. mas dako pa iya sweldo karn kysa katong TL pa xa.

    sa akng dungog, last day na niwork xa kay kato jud iya gspecify sa iya resignation letter, which was June 25.

    ang iya ra daw kabalak.an ky kung matawag nya na nga "breach of contract" or whatever terminologies.

    ang ako pud nadungog ky g.duol sa mga wa mailhing tao ang mga na.under nya sauna nga agents. nya ila daw g.pang pressure nga i.accuse xa nga unfair daw xa na pgka.TL, etc. panablahay bah.

    akong next question ky kani, kinsa man jud ang naay final say sa mga ingn ana nga cases, ang Head sa HR or ang Operations Manager?

    Dili ka kapugos sa tao na mo resign. Ang issue lang cause magkaproblem ka sa previous company nimo. But When you render the agreed number of days na compliance good as resigned naka.

    signed na sa usa pa ka OM ug sa HR...as in ok na jud lgeh as far as the formalities are concerned. naa na pirma and tanan. nya kalit lang ni.ingn ana usa ka OM na mao d.i na iyang gusto. murag ang iya ipalabas nga no choice akng kaila btw but to stay and so on and so forth.

    panghadlok rana sa OM. since the resignation letter has OM plus HR signatures already, meaning approved na ang end of tenure date and separation of an employee against the company. Most of the companies aware sa typical attitude sa former boss sa applicant. No need to worry kay mao jud na behavior sa boss if magrelease of performer or asset sa company. if motawag ang new company, nag expect nana sila na idown ang x-employee sa former boss niya.
