power consumption does'nt matter as long as you are satisfy with your rigz,, whether you are an intel or an AMD fan,, for me i have my own family,, it's up to me to pay whether may electric bills is high. If gapuyo ka sa imoa parents, unya cla gabayad sa electric bills kana kasuk an gud ka.

@acronis, ug gaming lang hisgutan sa mga reviews neglible ang difference sa dual core or quadcore.. ang games krn kai video card dependent. so kong games ka, save your money for the video card.

If ang cores magkadaghan every year.. even if it would reach 100 cores... I would buy the 69 cores and stop there... no more upgrades for me... no matter what upgrades you'll do... it wont compare to my rig because it will always be hot and sexy!

for me...power consumption matters especially iyang idle nga power consumption because a processor's efficiency or inefficiency directly correlates to how much heat it produces. Big factor ang power consumption if 24/7 ga operate ang pc or you do a lot of processor intensive tasks like video rendering.

mao bitaw to kulata kaayo ang Intel tungod sa P4 nila against the Athlon 64s then karon ang Amd nasad kulata since the Core cpus unya their Bulldozer chips are powerful but consume a lot of electricity to achieve the performance compared to the Ivy Bridge.


I'm paying the electric bills sad sa ako house and I have several computers so any savings from a more efficient PC would help. Mahal na kaayo kuryente karon.
