as a jehovah witness, how do you define true christianity?
@jcboy
as a muslim, is it possible to believe in Allah only and not with Mohammed? i mean not to associate allah with mohammed.

hello bro, forgive me if naa lang ko questions about islam. pero wala man tingali blema kung matubag lang nimo or dili.
Yes is it possible nga motuo mi pero kang Allah lang and not with the Prophet Mohamed? Diba as you muslims claimed, Islam is the religion of Adam, Abraham, old testament prophets nga gi strenghten?
Hmmm that is a strange question. Are u asking if us Muslims believe in God (swt) but not follow the example of Muhammad (saw)? As Muslims we associate God with all the prophets.
Still not sure where ur trying to get at tho.

It would be next to impossible for Islam to survive without Mohammed. I can only imagine it would be unthinkable for Muslims to continue with their religion without the "last prophet" sent by Allah. Muhammad is generally considered to be the founder of Islam, although this is a view not shared by Muslims in general. That is why a long tine ago they were called Mohammedans by non-muslims.
Reading the previous discussions, the title of the forum should be changed into:
Who is more Christian, Catholics or Protestants?
Other "Christians" calling that they do not belong to a particular religion is downright lying. Take note of this definition:
re·li·gion [ri-lij-uhn]
1: a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe, especially when considered as the creation of a superhuman agency or agencies, usually involving devotional and ritual observances, and often containing a moral code governing the conduct of human affairs.
As long as you follow a set of beliefs and moral code then you are practicing religion. Protestantism is a religion in itself as well as Catholicism. The only difference is, Protestantism have varying set of beliefs and moral code depending on who runs the congregation, unlike Catholicism which has a unified set of beliefs.
Not really the founder since he didn't create Islam, Allah created Islam. Muhammad brought the message. Anyone who follows one God is a Muslim. Muslim is really a word meaning one who supplicates to God. So pretty much, Islam existed way before Muhammad. It just wasn't called Islam back then...if ya get me.
I would assume and I would understand that when you hear "religion" you would associate it to formal organizational structures and rituals.
but again,
"Belief" in something is religion in itself -- however personal it is. Therefore no man can claim that he is religion-free.
For me Usik usik ra ni nga Thread kay - The Only ONE who can say and Judge if Who is the True Christians is God himself ra jud.
